The glossy green-coloured shell is actually white chocolate. Linden’s Apple (S$11)- Take a second look and you’d realise it’s not an actual apple. It is a lime dacquoise filled with mango chutney and vanilla mousse. Ugly Duckling (S$12)- A cute dessert that looks like a rubber ducky. With an ambience to match, the desserts that are available here look almost too pretty to be eaten! Let’s take a look at some of them. Every corner of Linden’s Dessert House seems to be a great spot for the ‘gram. With high ceilings, comfortable sofas and flowers surrounding the whole space, it invokes a feeling that you’re dining at an ‘ atas’ Mongolian yurt. The stunning dessert house has a similar botanical theme as its parent outlet. ~~ Perfect for gift giving too! Put in a cute jar and include a label with instructions for how much mix to use per cup.Remember Under Der Linden, the Instagram-worthy cafe with a beautiful garden theme? They’ve now opened an extension called Linden’s Dessert House on, which is just a stone’s throw away from Under Der Linden. ~~ You can also add about a 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon or nutmeg to the mix for a flavor twist. ~~ Try different variations of this mix by using different flavors of powdered creamers (for instance Hazlenut or Caramel). Serve hot in a coffee mug or serve over ice for an iced coffee beverage. To Use: Combine 2 to 3 tablespoons of the mix with about 3/4 cup hot water.
